  • Do I really need a consultation?
    Yes, this allows us to see your space in person and discuss things like your goals, budget, timeline and style. We want to understand your needs well, so we can create systems that you can easily maintain in the future.
  • Should I tidy up before the visit?
    We kindly ask you to leave the space as it is. This way we can best assist you whenever we organize your home. We promise, we have seen it all – and we want to help you create a home that brings peace and happiness , without judgement.
  • How much does a project cost?
    Prices for our professional organizing projects are custom to each project and provided after a complimentary consultation.
  • Is there a minimum number of hours I can book?
    All professional organizing services require a minimum of 4 hours per appointment
  • Do I need to be home for the appointment?
    We kindly ask you to be present through the decluttering phase of the organization. After that your presence may be required at moments depending on the project. Keep in mind that the more you are actively participating the better the final result will be.
  • How does the purchase of organizing products work?
    We will help you purchase the proper organizing products after we help you with the decluttering process. That ensures we have the right products for the organization. We can either shop with you, for you or send you the best organizing products to purchase on your own.
  • What services will you not provide?
    -Moving heavy objects and packed boxes around the house -Drilling into walls -Junk removal
